NACD Files Statement with Court Against OSHA PSM Litigation

The National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD) filed a Notification of Intervention in Support of Petitioners and Statement of issues with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to support the American Chemistry Council’s (ACC) petition to review the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) memorandum of June 5, 2015.
