Please Note: The Chemical Company’s Cocktail Party in San Antonio is in no way associated with, produced by or involved with the official AFPM IPC conference. The party simply runs parallel to the dates of the conference and is open for all chemical industry attendees. By attending this event I grant to The Chemical Company  (“TCC”) its successors and assigns, the right to photograph, audio tape, film, video tape and otherwise record, edit and incorporate my likeness and/or voice for commercial, public, media distribution.  I waive all rights I may have in said photographs, film and audio and expressly authorize TCC, in their full discretion, to use any such materials or portions thereof in any manner and at any time.
